The Farber portable hand held slit lamp with case allows the optometrist to examine the eye in detail for signs of infection. This is an important tool for accurate diagnosis of anterior eye problems such as conjunctivitis, dry eye, and blepharitis. This portable slit lamp utilizes a high luminance white LED light source, coupled with a lightweight, compact design, to give the freedom of using a slit lamp in the palm of the hand. It is small & light weight and weighs only 1.5 lbs. with its battery. It fits easily and comfortably in the hand. Its ergonomic, portable design and convenient carrying case makes it an ideal instrument for non-ambulatory patients, nursing home visits & veterinary work.
