All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
An RGA must be requested within 90 days of the original invoice. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all items after 90 days. No returns will be allowed for invoices over 1 year. You can request an RGA Number online, by phone 925-628-2435 Phone and Fax. Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one. You will be FAXed or emailed your RGA Number with instructions on how to send the items back to us. The returned items must be received within 30 days of the RGA issue date. After 30 days, the RGA will expire and a new one will be needed.
An RGA Number does not guarantee credit. All items must be inspected before any exchange or credit can be issued. Defective items must be tested and deemed defective by the manufacturer and non-defective items (overstocks, no longer needed items, ordering errors) must be in a sellable condition and may be subject to a restocking fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the items to us. We recommend that you pack the items carefully in a box and send back using a trackable and/or insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged return shipments. If the items are damaged due to insufficient packaging, we cannot test them, therefore, no credit or replacements can be given, even for defective items. If lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
